King of Gallegos (Feb. 14)

In regards to the title, I'm trying really hard to keep myself humble. Real hard. It's just that here I'm getting treated like a KING. On Tuesday we had lunch with Hna Gomez and they went over the top with my visit. It felt sooo weird. Like it was good to be back and it was enjoyable but they made it seem like I was pure royalty.

Also this week I was in Centro for like 5 minutes going from bus stop to bus stop and I was able to see like 4 members. And one of them was Anibal who I was able to baptize and that was good to see him. And a total surprise. Also it was weird to see him and actually understand him hahaah because the last time I was pretty lost in the conversations with him.

But it made me feel so good because I was sure that some of these people didn't remember me at all but actually it's not like that and they even remember my name!!!

But for as the work here, this week we were able to put baptismal dates with two new investigators we found that are from Paraguay. My view of Paraguayos is still the same. But we were able to go into centro with one and play soccer with him. And there I was able to see Rocio.

We also fixed one of our bikes. That's right, we have bikes here! It's so sick!! But it's a bit rough because the roads here are dirt and really bumpy.

So this week is a little crazy because all the leaders in the mission are having a conference and so I'm going to be on divisions for a few days while our comps are partying over there.

Last night I had the noche de hogar with the Flia Gomez. It was a good time. I like just hanging out with members, it's a good time hahah

It's SUPER nice seeing familiar faces too. It's honestly like I'm coming home. I was able to see some more members here that I know and it just brings back good familiar feelings. I bet that's what heaven is like. Just a BIG familiar reunion where we feel at home with all our brothers and sisters.
The problem is that I just want to go visit members in Gaucho all the time. But oh well. I guess I have to make more friends over here in my new branch.

So I'm staying in Elder Torres's pension now that he's away on a business trip and I always joke with him about his fashion and so I decided to have an Elder Torres fashion show and dress up like him. Imitation is the sincerest form on flattery.
