Yo sorry for the short email. Thanks to everyone for the birthday notes. Love all my fans. I didn't get a chance to even write everyone but a response will come. Don't worry if I didn't write. I at least read everyone's. Feeling really loved. And blessed.
Yesterday on my birthday, we got to travel to Trelew and have a conference with Presidente. I love getting the cane dropped on my birthday but it's aight. It was all about faith and obedience and was super good. It was actually a better birthday than I would've planned. I mean, my expectations were real low from the start. But it was great. I got to see Elders Teixeira, Gonzalez, Hna Ledezma (she got here with me and I haven't seen her since!!!) and like a million other friends. What more could I have asked for. I got free lunch and breakfast and learned a ton.
Elder Teixeira is the best guy. I drew him a picture and when I gave it to him, he was honestly so grateful and gave me a big hug that lets me know he cares. hahah He thought we were coming Sunday night and he bought a chicken and coca cola Saturday night to have a big birthday party but we didn't come. :((
This week we helped a lady move and then helped her neighbor move, and she's from the Dominican Republic and now we are teaching them and she's SO hard to understand. Like freak. What kind of accent is that!! She's black tho so like that's super cool.
Last p-day we played golf. It was as you could say "on the rough" because the whole course was not well kept. I mean golf is not big in Argentina at all. It was different. Check out the vids and pics to find out more.
