Ok so my comp is sick. I spent like 4 hours waiting in the hospital for him. But I got to watch Tangled and the news so that was chill.
It's the first time I've had a sick comp so I was just chillin in the pension for like 2 days straight. At first it was great. I was studying, cleaning, getting things done, writing letters, and then after lunch I didn't know what to do. It's boring. I called Elder Singh to do divisions. I was so bored I even looked through the area book. haha ok that's a joke. (I always use it.)
We had two investigators that were SET on attending the stake conference so I wasn't too bad this week without working much, and on Saturday President sent us a text that said that every companionship needs to have at least one investigator attend no matter what. I was chilling with 2. I called the members to help us to pick up the investigators and it was all set. On Sunday we left early to go find them and one wasn't there.... and then the other one said she had visits. And in 10minutes my dreams were crushed. We arrived to the conference without anybody. I was honestly SOOO upset. Just sad and angry. And 20 minutes passed by and in comes our investigator Marta. (She works on Sundays and told us she wasn't coming so we just didn't even count her as a possibility.) She told us she didn't want to work because it was windy (haha blessings in disguise).
It was honestly a miracle. and she lives with a less active family and the whole family went.
Oh yeah, so this week we had a wind storm. (Pretty ridiculous because it's always windy here) but for real and it was SO windy.
I'm out here. Doing good. (Super man does good, you're doing well.- Tracy Jordan). But for real doing good. And doing well. This week we have transfers so we'll see what's up. I'll let you know.
