Ok so transfers came and I'm NOT leaving. i repeat NOT leaving. I'm stoked! I'm not "dipset" yet. haha I'm not sure if I'm using english slang right..
Hermana Flores left yesterday and Elder Rojas and I are sad.. we asked Hermana Grandstaff if she was sad and she was like "no." hahah Like straight up.
So the week of a baptism is ALWAYS the worst. Right? So many things stuffed into a small period of time. It's like the week of Action but different. Idk. But we did it!! Hermano Basilio baptized him so that was really cool. Javier lives with Hno Basilio. That's why. Elder Rojas was bummed that he didn't get to baptize. I feel like Elder Rojas is pretty prideful like that. But it was his first baptism so that was really cool to be a part of.
Elder Kidd had a baptism on Friday so that was good to see too! After 6 months! He's going to Caleta Olivia! Elder Teixeira is coming up to Trelew so I'll be able to see him!!! And my BOI Elder Ekblad went up as district leader. Shout out to him! And Elder Crawford is TRAINING! hahh yess. Hermana Alegre from Entre Rios is coming in the district. I hope she's cool. We'll see.
I'm excited for this next transfer. We have baptism fever so we are hoping for more in the future. But the mission is fun even if not. We watched the conference on Friday. It was GOOD! So much about Jesus that this week I started to read the new testament in Spanish to learn more about who I'm trying to become like. I just wish I had more time to read it. The Bible is good. I now know why the whole world is obsessed with it. I just wish the whole world knew how good The Book of Mormon is too! ughh oh if I were an angel.
But like Alma, I should be happy with what i have. And I am!
